Ways to reach ROC

• Drop-off

  Curbside drop-off

  Drop-off is curbside on the upper level, which leads to the ticket counters and security checkpoint. Waiting curbside is not allowed.

• Pickup

  Curbside pickup and cell phone lot

  Pickups are curbside on the lower level. Use the free cell phone lot to wait for passengers. It has a flight status screen, free Wi-Fi and EV charging stations.

• Bus

  RTS bus

  Rochester Transit Service buses pick up in front of the terminal on the lower level. Call RTS at 585-288-1700 for schedules.

• Taxi

  Taxis

  The taxi starter booth is in front of the main terminal, at the center entrance on the lower level. Monroe County Airport Taxi Service is at (585) 202-8240.

• Rideshare

  Lyft and Uber

  Two rideshare companies serve passengers arriving at and departing from the airport.

• Shuttle

  Airport shuttle

  Shuttles run between the terminal and the shuttle parking lots. For Greyhound, Trailways or Amtrak, the airport points travelers to the RTS bus, which runs to 186 Cumberland Street near the Amtrak station.
