Portland International Airport (PDX) terminal guide

Portland, Oregon KPDX #32 US airport by passengers

How PDX is laid out and how to move between buildings.

Terminals at PDX

Main terminal

The central terminal building, where the MAX light rail station is located. A third-party guide says the main terminal reopened in August 2024 with a new mass timber roof.

Concourses B and C (south)

Served by the B and C checkpoint. Alaska and Horizon are based here. The Alaska Lounge is near Concourse C.

Concourses D and E (north)

Served by the D and E checkpoint. Delta anchors Concourse D, with the Delta Sky Club and Escape Lounge. The United Club is on Concourse E.

Moving between terminals

All four concourses are connected airside, so once you are through security you can walk between them without screening again. Check your boarding pass for the correct checkpoint, since each checkpoint serves a set of concourses.
