Where to park at HOU
HOU has two garages next to the terminal (Red and Blue), an uncovered Ecopark lot east of the terminal, and valet. The rates below are from the airport's HOU parking rates page, which shows prices with tax. Cash is not accepted at the garages, so pay by card or phone.
Terminal garages (Red and Blue)
The first 10 minutes cost $1, 11 minutes to one hour cost $5, each additional 30 minutes costs $2.50, and the daily maximum is $25, all including tax. Garages have EV charging and an automated parking guidance system.
Ecopark
An uncovered lot east of the terminal. It costs $10 for 16 minutes to 24 hours, including tax. Passengers walk to the terminal from the far east end of level 1, and a free shuttle runs from 5:30 a.m. to midnight. EV chargers are in row 7. The airport recommends reserving at Ecopark.
Valet
$30 for 24 hours, including tax.
- Ecopark is the lower-cost option for multi-day trips, though you walk further and rely on the shuttle.
- Cash is not accepted for parking. A cash-to-card machine is on level 2, across from the American Airlines check-in counter.
- Oversized vehicles can park in the terminal garages but must be no taller than 6 feet 7 inches. Taller accessible vehicles should use Hobby Red Garage level 1.
