Where to park at ELP
The airport has moved to a ticketless parking system. Scan the QR code at the lot entrance, and the payment is charged when you leave. The rates below are from the airport's parking page and the 2026 rate changes.
Long-term parking
$9 per day, up from $7 on March 1, 2026. A free shuttle with a wheelchair lift runs from the long-term lot to the terminal.
Short-term parking
$1 for the first hour and $1 for each additional hour, with a 24-hour maximum of $17. Free for the first 10 minutes.
Premium Reserved
$20 per day for covered spaces in front of the baggage claim entrance. The lot has 185 spaces, is reached through the west entrance of the short-term lot, and needs a reservation made at least one hour before you arrive.
Park Air Express
Listed at $12 per day on the airport's rate table. Check the parking page for the service details.
West Lot
Listed at $10 per day, but the airport lists it as closed for renovations. Check the status before you plan to park there.
Cell phone waiting lot
Free for picking up passengers. It is on Boeing Drive near the Starlight Event Center.
- Keep your license plate and QR confirmation handy at the entrance, and check the parking page before you travel, because lots can close during renovations.
- Cash and manual payment still work if you do not sign up for the app-based system.
- Disabled veterans get free parking in the regular lots, but it does not apply to the Premium Reserved lot.
