Reno Tahoe International Airport (RNO) terminal guide

Reno, Nevada KRNO #66 US airport by passengers

How RNO is laid out and how to move between buildings.

Terminals at RNO

Main terminal (first floor)

Ticketing hall, the single TSA checkpoint and baggage claim are on the first floor. Rideshare and shuttle pickups are outside baggage claim Door D.

B Concourse (gates B1 to B12a)

Post-security gates reached from the second-floor marketplace. Gates B1, B3, B5, B7 and B9 closed on February 17, 2026 for construction of the new Concourse A.

C Concourse (gates C1 to C12)

The second post-security concourse. It will be replaced by New Gen B, expected to be finished in 2029.

High Mountain Marketplace

The central area between the two concourses. It holds the Escape Lounge, a pet relief area and a variety of food and shops.

Moving between terminals

There is only one terminal, and the B and C concourses connect through the marketplace after security. The airport uses common-use gate technology, which lets any airline use any available gate and counter, and the airport warns that gate assignments will change often during construction. Check your gate on the day and arrive early. From Thursday, October 22, 2026, some B and C gates will board passengers outdoors through temporary ground boarding gates, which the airport expects to use for more than two years.
