Where to park at MEM

MEM publishes lot rates and real-time space availability by lot on its website. The figures below are the posted rates in 2026 and can change.

  • Economy Parking (Ground Transportation Center)

    A multi-level garage about a few hundred feet from the terminal, with a walkway and moving sidewalks. Free for the first 30 minutes, then a posted $9 per 24 hours with no hourly rate. Level 5 has 10 EV chargers near the elevators. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted.

  • Short Term Parking

    Free for the first 30 minutes, then $4 per hour, up to a posted $24 per 24 hours.

  • Long Term Parking

    Free for the first 30 minutes, then $4 per hour, up to a posted $15 per 24 hours.

  • Blue Lot and Yellow Lot

    Surface lots at a posted $9 per 24 hours with a free shuttle bus to the terminal. Credit cards only. The Blue Lot has oversized vehicle parking, and the Yellow Lot is used for overflow, when staff direct you there.

  • Cell Phone Lot

    A free waiting lot less than a minute's drive from the terminal, where drivers wait for a call that their passenger is at the curb.

  • Check the real-time availability on flymemphis.com before you leave. The airport added live lot-by-lot counts in May 2026.
  • The Blue and Yellow lots take credit cards only.
  • The Pedestrian B Tunnel, which links parking and rental car facilities to the terminal, reopened on September 2, 2026 after being closed since October 2025. The airport says some additional work will continue nearby.
